We are an uplifting Pilates, boutique studio based in Dorado, Puerto Rico. EveryBody is welcome, our classes are for all student levels. A special sanctuary, to breathe, let-go, workout, stretch, but most of all, a space for community. Our beautiful natural light filled studio is equipped with everything you need for your practice.

To tell you a little of my back story, wanting a healthy life style was what brought me into a studio in the first place. It was love at first movement.
I tried all the classes wanting to find my perfect flow with that seeking came the love for being a student and from there it kept on growing until I got here! We’re I am today at Flow …..
A space created thinking about healing movement, breath, connection and community. My mission is that you fall in love with yourself, the process ~ the progress and your body in flow.
